At By Fly Clothing, we stand behind the quality and fit of our products. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a clear and fair return and refund process.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

Tags must be attached and items must be in original packaging.

3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:

Our support team will respond with return instructions and the return address.

Ship the item(s) back using a trackable shipping service.
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
4. Refund Process

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
